William Rotch Bullard II is the founder of EdChanges, a marketing services firm that offers educational institutions and non-profits a wide variety of strategic services. William moved into the non-profit world in 2012 after an extensive career in business. He started with leading database marketing company Epsilon in 1980 and moved into wireless communications in 1989. At two companies over 22 years, he was fortunate enough to participate in the early stages of wireless, the internet, content marketing, and marketing automation. In 2012, he became the director of communications at two Boston-area schools and a consultant for several schools, service providers, marketing agencies, and philanthropic counselors. He has created many cutting-edge articles, e-books, white papers, and blog posts for the National Association of Independent Schools, The Enrollment Management Association, Blackbaud, Finalsite, and several schools and non-profit organizations. William graduated from Trinity College (CT) and earned his MBA at top-15 business school The Anderson School at UCLA. He is a direct descendant of William Rotch, Jr.
