Dawn Estabrooks Salerno

Dawn has held positions at the Wadsworth Atheneum (Hartford, CT), Mystic Museum of Art (Mystic, CT), and Lyman Allyn Art Museum (New London, CT.) She holds a Master’s in Education from Bank Street College and completed the Getty Leadership Institute (GLI) for Museum Leadership in 2017. From 2009 to 2020, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Museum Association (NEMA), serving as Board President in her final two years. Dawn has been a grant reviewer for the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Institute of Museum and Library Services, the Massachusetts Cultural Council and Connecticut Humanities and she served on the board of the latter until 2018.
