Harvey Wolkoff

Harvey Wolkoff is a founding partner of Quinn Emmanuel’s Boston office. He is widely recognized as a preeminent trial lawyer and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. For over four decades, he has tried a wide variety of complex disputes including consumer class actions, fraud, securities and ERISAs litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, contract disputes, employment matters, RMBS litigation, data privacy matters, unfair competition and antitrust litigation. Harvey has a Bachelor’s Degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he served on the Board of Editors for the Columbia Law Review. He has won numerous awards including multiple placements on the list of The Best Lawyers in America.
